Our Business Cards, Postcards, Rackcards, Press Kits, Bookmarks, Tent Cards and Collector Cards are printed on 14-point glossy card stock with with optional UV coating (lamination) on the color side(s). All 100lb Book products printed on 100lb Gloss Book Paper with your choice of UV Coating or no UV Coating.
We use KBA printing presses with UV coater.
All of our products are printed with four-color inks: (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). Color density less than 15% may not print. We are proud to be one of the Green Printers in California. NO VOC.
We print with a 200 line screen (Lines Per Inch).

Yes. In most cases we can score and fold your order at the rate of $30 for set up and $30 per 1000 (due to limitations of our bindery process).
Please build your press-ready digital files to bleed size by adding 0 .1" dimension for business cards and postcards, and 0.125" for all other products.
1. Log in to your account with your email and password.
2. Click "Home".
3. Select your product(s) from the "Products Menu" on the left-hand side of the webpage.
4. Use the "Instant Price Quote" widget, located on the right-hand side of the webpage, to configure your product options and click "Add To Cart".
5. You will be taken to your shopping cart. If you want to add another product to your cart, click "Keep Shopping". If you are done adding products, click "Continue".
6. You will be asked to upload your files. If you are uploading multiple files, click the "Upload Multiple Files" button.
7. You will be taken to the shipping page. Enter your ZIP code to find the best shipping rate, select it, and select your shipping address from the drop-down menu.
8. You will be taken to the billing page. Enter your credit card information, as well as the billing address that is associated with the card you are using exactly as it appears on your statement.
9. That's it! You're done!
We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to approval via email or phone. Our customer service team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If your job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. (up to 15%-30% of total transaction) Please note that once your order has been placed successfully, no refunds can be issued for any graphic design services.
If you don't see the postcard size that you are looking for, you can simply round up to the closest size of Postcard that you are looking for. You may also contact us for a specific quote.
4/0 refers to Full Color on the front and blank on the back. 4/1 refers to Full Color on the front and Black/White on the back. 4/4 refers to Full Color on the front and back.

Yes. You may pick up your order directly from our printing warehouse, located at 21333 Deering Ct, Canoga Park, CA 91304. You can arrange this by selecting the "I prefer to pick up my order" option when placing your order.
No. Our minimum quantity amounts are fixed and we do not offer lower quantities.
Our bleed is 0.25" or 0.250" added to each overall dimension.
We require ALL files to be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size. We automatically trim 0.125" to 0.25" off of each edge, which will result in the desired trim size.
